More Info On Bear Jennings:

Like most other text-related software, every generation of Adobe's PDF format gets a little easier to use while being more sophisticated and presenting a better graphic look. Using Adobe's PDFs to create an e-book is getting simpler, too:
- Choose a page size that will look good on any computer. Bear in mind that different monitors will be at different resolutions, and different systems may display page sizes differently. Keep pages at 8' x 10", or an even smaller size. Acrobat 5.0 can crop the document down to a more usable six-by-nine.
- Keep your margins consistent on all pages. This will prevent the page edges from moving around as the document scrolls.
- Format the text. Pick a font that looks good on the computer screen. 12 point font size is a good rule of thumb.
- Convert the document to PDF. Once you've got a template you're comfortable with, use Acrobat Distiller to start creating Adobe PDF files. You can start by deselecting all the security options that are defaults for Distiller.
- Select e-book among the job options in Acrobat Distiller's dialog box. Deselect the Fast Web View option; readers will be using Acrobat's e-book Reader to view the file rather than a web browser.
- Create thumbnail images of the cover (using the Graphic Select Tool). Drag a marquee around the page, or to the portion of the page you wish to show in the user's e-book Reader Library. Attach a JPEG thumbnail image to the document using the attachment tool.
- Check your page numbering. The front and back covers should just be "c", while the foreword or other front matter should be lower-case Roman numerals. All other pages should be regular Arabic numerals.
- Link the table of contents. By doing this, a reader can just click on the link to immediately jump to that page or chapter. This can be done with Acrobat's Link Tool. Link Tool can also cross-reference or link to index entries in the e-book.
- Upload the e-book to Adobe Content Server. You can also upload a thumbnail of the GIF for your cover, and Content Server will give you options for using the e-book and encrypt it. This information is all available on Content Server's documentation.
This is, of course, only a rough outline of how to use Adobe Acrobat PDFs for e-book applications. Your mileage may vary, and there are other options you will no doubt want to look into in the process. The good news is that none of this is especially difficult -- Distiller's dialog boxes will help walk you through much of it. With a little diligence and attention to detail, you'll have a professional-looking e-book in no time!

Spend Your Free Time Wisely Through Soap Making
Do you ever get tired of the boring soaps that you have at home – the usual bar-shaped ones that you use when you shower or wash your hands? Then soap making is a hobby that you should try considering. Soap need not be an instrument that you use for cleaning only. It can also serve as a decoration to beautify your bathroom. Some carefully crafted soaps are so nice that you won’t even want to use them in the shower.
Before you get started, the main ingredients that you should have are fats and lye. Other additional ingredients may include dyes for color and fragrance oils for smell. Fat is the main ingredient of soaps and it is responsible for the essential characteristics of soap, whether it is hard or soft, produces a good lather or mild for the skin. Lye is responsible for hydrolyzing the fat and turning it into soap while the other ingredients are for adding artistic properties of the soap.
The conversion of fats to soap can be done through a cold or hot method. The cold method involves adding of the fat into a previously prepared lye water mixture. This is mixed and poured into melts that have been dipped into cold water. The hot method is almost the same but the fat will be heated before mixing it with the lye water. The mixture is then further heated for two hours before it is ready for use. The cold method is known to produce longer lasting soap.
When your soap mixture is ready, you can now add the other ingredients to make it more aesthetically pleasing. When used properly, dyes together with molds, will be able to produce designs such as food, animals or even electronic equipment. It will just need some practice before you get the hang of how to use both of these properly. Fragrance oils will further add to your soap’s appeal as it will not only look good, but smell good too.
When preparing the soap mixture, bear in mind that lye is a hazardous material. You should be careful not to touch it with your bare hands as it can cause serious injuries due to its corrosive property. When mixed with water, lye also gives off fumes that may also be dangerous when inhaled. Soap making may seem easy but due to the harmful properties of lye, some precautions must be observed before starting a project.
Soap making is a fun hobby to do. Don’t worry if you are having a hard time in getting the hang of it at first, through practice and trail and error, you will certainly be making beautifully crafted soaps in no time.

At WR - Roy Williams V. The Bears OR Greg Jennings V. The Broncos??
Roy Williams. The Bears' defense is not what it used to be and I don't see Kevin Jones leading the charge. Greg Jennings will have to contend with Champ Baily and Dre Bly all day.
