hunting are humans the worst species on earth?

this is in regards to hunting. a hunter is allowed to killa bear for food or for a trophy or for both if he wants to, but if a bear comes across a hunter and attacks it and kills it either for food or cuz its in his territory, its hunted down and killed cuz it attacked a human. is this even right a all or does it makes sense? a human has the right to kill a bear but a bear isnt allowed to kill a human? this is sickening

Great Question!
I personally think that all hunting should be done away with until we get a culture that is in control of their guns. Having all those crying, gun-toting hunters meirly confuses the already complex issue of too many high-powered guns.
Returning to the issue of hunting however, we eventually would have to deal with the issue of too many bears. Bears are not all that dangerous if left alone, but they will make an awful mess of garbage or any areas where humans interact. That is why I'd have to say, that given your feelings of "Justifiable Rights of Bears", we'd have to arrange "Bear Birth-Control" and human-free, "Bear Sanctuaries", where bears might be left to live in peace as bears, without human interferance.
