More Info On Blackhawk Wood:

If you are interested in getting a walking stick, you have a variety of different options. You can get one or two sticks, you can get sticks made with a variety of different metals or types of wood, and there are different types of sticks for different types of walking, hiking and trekking. Another great option is making your own wooden walking stick. Making your own walking stick lets you make the stick in the way you want it and you control how it is made from the very beginning. There are some important things you need to remember when you are making your own stick. You need to make sure the stick is an appropriate height and width, that the wood is durable and sturdy, and that the bottom and the top of the stick are properly aligned.
The height of the stick depends on what you want to use it for. If you want a cane like walking stick, you should make sure the stick is about as high as your wrist. If you want to use the stick for hiking, it should be about as high as your shoulder. The diameter of the stick needs to be large enough to support your weight. The overall weight of the stick should be enough to support your weight and light enough for you to carry on long hikes without getting too tired. When you are looking for a stick to make into your walking stick, you should choose strong wood, like mesquite, and you should look for any signs of insect infestation.
Also, the stick should only have a few knots in it, if any, because knots can affect the strength of a stick. If you are planning on making a walking stick, it is incredibly important that you have woodworking, and woodworking safety, knowledge and experience since making a walking stick involves carving, sanding, and finishing. Also, you should make sure you wear thick working gloves when working on the walking stick. There are many different websites and books available that can give you instructions in making a sturdy, good-looking walking stick.

If you cannot afford to buy full size Schweizer 300 or a Robinson R22 or any private helicopter being sold on the market, but have a great desire to own a helicopter or have a great interest on helicopters, there is one thing that suites you best: buying, building, and collecting model helicopters.
From kids and kids at heart, collecting model helicopters has become one of the more popular hobbies. Some collect model helicopters that really fly. There are those who prefer to build model helicopters by themselves to add to their ever-growing collection.
Imagine a display of all the types of helicopters produced over the years lining side by side in one room.

Usually, beginners tend to buy electric helicopter because it is much cheaper than gas rc's. It is also easy to fly and less complicated. But if you thing you can handle the noise and if you are up for the thrill of the engined model helicopter, then gas rc is for you although it may cost you more both on maintenance and initial cost.

Survival Guns-(Wilderness-Plane Crash-Lost while Backpacking) and Urban (Red Dawn)?
I put my last question wrong. I do not plan to purchase all of those guns. (At least not anytime soon) I want to know which gun would be reccomeded for BOTH Wilderness and Urban Survival. One rifle, One semi auto pistol, One revolver, One shotgun, and a Knife. Give me your take on whick you would choose. For all around Gun for woods survival, I would choose the Ruger Blackhawk Convertible .357/.38/9mm (I could hunt small game with the 38 and 9mm, deer and bear with 357, and squirrels and birds with shotshells.....Give me your remarks. Please, no wisecracks. I was not bragging talking about my 2 guns earlier. Just informing about what I have to work with. I could not afford all of those guns right now anyway. Anyone ever heard of dreaming? Thanx again.....
