Repainting an '89 S-10 truck... help!?
I've decided to paint my Chevy S-10 pickup from white to forest camo. Odd, I know, maybe even ugly to some, but I think it'll be cool. I will be painting the entire truck with the exception of the bottom of the bed. I also have a visor and razorback sides. I'm not about to buy expensive automotive paint. It's an old truck with some rust, dents, and plenty of blemishes. I don't even care anymore. I'm just going to spraypaint it and if it looks like crap I don't care. It won't look any worse than it does already, and with everything wrong with it, I should just send it to Pimp-My-Ride... Does anybody know about how many cans of Krylon spraypaint I will need? Does a dozen cans seem reasonable? And how many coats can I get away with MINIMUM... Keep in mind it already looks like $h!t so I don't care if it looks professional... Thanks for the help!
