Man has always thought he was smarter, quicker, better than just about anything, and usually anybody. Somebody had to take him down a notch or three, and they did.

Mother nature decided to give the smart ass known as man something to think about and think about he does, a lot. Especially if he is from the country known as Chiggerland.

I live in Chiggerland. I itched and itched and itched and itched some more. I also bled a lot. I use to fear going anyplace that was not concrete or asphalt. My outdoor activities consisted of cutting wood; in the winter.

Why do mites, fleas and mosquitoes, not bite me?

I am never bitten by chiggers (mites) fleas nor mosquitoes, I have seen them jump or land on me and jump right off and on to someone else and bite them. I can be sitting with someone else and have skin contact and that spot will not be bitten but have hundred or more bites else where, yet I will have none? Why? The only thing that gets me are Fire Ants.
Sincerely hope some one has the answer, my family has an answer and it is not too nice! LOL

lol, I'm fortunate that way too. I hardly ever get bit by anything.

I learned that mosquitos like men better because they sweat more than women, and they are attracted to it. Women don't sweat as much as men.
