If u r receiving a severance pkg but get injuried while still employed does work comp D.Q. severence package?
The Store I work out will be closing and they are giving me a severence package the will pay me 3 months past my employment date, but i injured my knee while still employed, if i file workers comp will that disqualify my severence package?
