To be clear, if it is a big goal like that you don't need to know every single step before you start. You would be better served to break that big goal into smaller goals and then set a plan for the first few, always with the end goal in mind. Setting the plan and visualizing yourself attaining each goal will help your goal become a reality. Being specific on each goal and writing out every detail of your plan will determine your success.

The next step is to put your plan into action right away. Make a commitment to yourself to do the first step in your plan, no matter what. Put every other piece of work, email checking, and social media off until your first task is completed. Most of us don't even realize how easily we are distracted by things that are not a priority. Achieving goals and accomplishing tasks are not measured by time sitting in front of the computer or how many times you check your email, its measured by results.

Social media, email, and other areas of your business definitely have their place, but it's very easy to waste your precious work production time staring at status updates and reading junk email. Setting a schedule is a good practice to combat wasting time and to stay productive. Set aside a half hour every night, or whatever time period is suitable, to respond to emails and engage in social media for your business. Having a schedule will also keep you more organized, especially if you are working on multiple projects.

Your plan should be in place now and you will be working towards your goals through the use of your schedule. You will also need to review your plan periodically to see if any tweaking needs to be done. Online business is changing at a rapid pace and if you don't keep with what's working and what's not, your competition will leave you in the dust. A review of your plan should be a simple process. Read it over every so often and adjust when needed. Plans will always change, make sure you change with it.

When you follow a schedule and work on your action plan daily, you will begin to develop a habit. Usually habits have a negative connotation and need to be broken, but not in this case. You will develop a positive habit, a goal accomplishing habit. This is a key difference between those that succeed and those that don't. The successful develop these goal accomplishing habits and keep making progress everyday. Once your plan becomes a habit, your work gets simpler and you become more efficient as it all becomes just part of your daily routine.

What is the best way to jot down a note you can add to, and set quick reminder?

I am bad about finding notes I write, or jotting something down, there must be a way no matter which home page I am on to be doing something and just go up-set a reminder, or jot down a note without going completely out of what I am doing. Am I right? I would love to find out how and avoid all these scribbles. Its hard as you get older to remember a fleeing thought that is ver important. Thanks Well, I just noticed we are to catagorize our questions-never scrolled down before obviously. Under that it says add it to my messenger. Does that mean the thing that pops up and shows people that are on the computer you know? You can add comments to that? It drove me crazy because I guess I never learned to do it and a distant relative got on to chat everytime I was trying to do something fast. Enlighten me please.
