A bracket came loose from my tooth. What should I do?
I have braces and a bracket came loose. I called my orthodontist office and they told me to wait until my next appointment a month later to get it fixed. They said one bracket wouldn't effect the positioning of my teeth much. Is this true, or does one missing bracket effect the positioning of my teeth? To my understanding, any piece of equipment relating to braces aids in the positioning of your teeth. All parts aiding the positioning of your teeth should be in tact. Correct?
I'm sorry to say this but it will effect , because braces are a system and when even just a small part in any system changes it effects the final results....my orthodontist told me to visit him immedietly when something gets loose!
