like i mean a recuve i dont like coumponds i wanna hit the bulls eye i need to find a place with low prices for fletching and bows cause i dont got much moneys
You can try ebay, I know some people got really lucky on there and get very nice deals. The most ridiculous deal was this guy that got a $300 bow for $13 from a freight salvage company.
Other than that, most online stores offer about the same pricing, you can try the following stores

www.k1-archery.com, he mostly stock high end target equipment, but he can get you anything.
The drawback of online shopping is you don't get to handle the stuff. Although if you're looking for cheap equipment, then they all handle about the same. Youth bows usually run for $15-$50, these are most likely made entirely of fiberglass, with nylon string. They're made mainly as a toy, although you can still hurt someone with it if you use it improperly. Then you have the real bow and the decent ones start around $80 new, the Bullseye is one of these then there are the KAP Surprise, PSE Buckeye, etc. They all use the same limb design. Then you have the more serious target equipment starting from $150 all the way to $1500.
Like I said in a previous answer though, see if you can find a range first, you might be able to do it all for free.
