what is the perfect lacrosse shaft for me?

I am a freshman and the season is just about to start. I am a midfeilder, and I am thinking of getting a new shaft, but i am not completely sure what i should get. I have a harrow crossbow X head, and i currently have a harrow c1 carbon composite shaft. I like the carbon composite alot, but i am not sure how long it will be legal in my high school league. But don't rule it out, if you think it will be good for me, offer it up. I will take multiple suggestions, as in, multiple shafts i should consider. Heres what i want in a shaft. I want it to be fairly lightweight, and i want a fast shot. I dont want it to dent or break easily, and i am really emphasizing how fast i want my shot to be. Maybe a tapered shaft, or a stress flex shaft. i like the harrow I-beam, so maybe you can use that as comparison. Thank you!

the STX katana SC is bent so you get some pop to it and it's scandium so it's light but not the lightest.
or the STX SC TI Pro.
i don't really like Carbon Composite, don't get me wrong it's light(not the lightest) but it has a short life span.
