This Cooking Thermometer Dual Probe - Polder #THM-360 works double time so you can worry less when preparing complex meals. It's designed to monitor one or two items at a time, so you are never left guessing when you need to pop the side dish into the oven to get it ready at the same time as the main entree. With the preset Meat/Taste doneness buttons you can precisely select desired meat doneness. The probe records inner temperatures from 14F to 392F degrees. An automatic timer alerts you when your meat is done. You can also manually set each timer for specific cooking times on appetizers, casseroles, rolls, or desserts--any combination being prepared for a meal. It is especially convenient to preprogram times for weekly family staples, or dishes frequently cooked. Made from durable plastic and stainless steel, this handy thermometer has two heat-resistant, silicon-coated probes that will withstand high heat oven usage.
