I need a plan to become more flexible (cheerleading)?

So I'm a flyer this year and I've been sorta lazy with stretching...ok thats a lie the most stretching I do is probably one split twice a week for literally 5 seconds....I have to do a bow and arrow show and go front flip to cradle and I keep droping my hip because im not flexible enough. I have both splits, not so much middle but close I need a routine to do every day to become ridiculously flexible so this stunt will be much easier!

I think you have answered your own question. You need to stretch! Yoga is great as well for this. Stretch 15min/day.
