How do i mix and match my wardrobe so i can make a different look everyday.?
This is my 3rd semester in college now. I see guys wearing differewnt clothes all the time without any repititions. I personally have about 10-12 school shirts which i rotate all the time. So i can only wear non-repititive clothes for 2 wks.
What is your wardrobe management system? Plz. lemme know so i can asopt it and avoid repititions.
For me itz like wearing shirts from 1-12 and then mix them a bit and then wear the 12 again.
I am a girl, but people like and respect the way I dress and I have an adult son who dresses impeccably.
You don't have to have closets full of clothes, but you do have to know how to put yourself together. Be creative.
Here's a tip that I use that you might consider.
If you like certain colors, you can wear them several times a week and people won't really remember what you wore if you change your jacket or belt or shoes or if you wear hats.
I used to work with a guy in senior management at a university who only wore blue oxford shirts. He seemed to have many different shades of them but I never noticed until someone else pointed out that he always wore them. I like oxford shirts because they look great with khakis and khakis come in black, navy, grey, or khaki tan or bone. You can't go wrong and you can throw a navy blazer/sport coat over it.
With the exception of black khakis, the navy sport coat will have instant respectability. Just be sure to match your shoes and your belt leather.

Accessories are key, even for a guy. Be sure that your belt metal and watch metal matches as well. Don't wear a lot of jewelry because it's really not necessary.
If you like black tee shirts, get the best quality that you can afford, get several and be sure that they are always pressed and spotless. They go great with jeans and a leather blazer or tweed blazer. Black boots or Sketches would work with this kind of look.
Here's a book you might want to get. I read it and it has my seal of approval.
Just grab the basics from it and you don't even have to purchase it new.

One last note:
If you want to find cool clothes on the dime, check out your local Salvation Army or any thrift store. Sometimes you can luck out and get a fifty cent sale but even if you pay slightly more, you can find a wealth of cool clothing and if you something needs a little altering, you will find that in the long run, it will run you cheaper than buying it brand new.
There is nothing cooler than finding something in a thrift store and people are swooning over it and they can't find it because it's a thrift store find.
You create your own style.
One last thing, if you want your white/light colored shirts to stay looking cleaner longer, spray Scotchgard on them after you launder or drycleaned them especially around the collar.
