How do I fight the vampire in my neighborhood?

I am convinced that there is a vampire in my neighborhood. The boy is 19 and he doesn't ever show up in any pictures. He said that he was born with 4 unnaturally sharp teeth, but he didn't want to get them filed down. I've seen him fly (as a bat) out his chimney, but his family just says they have bats living in it. I don't know what to do. I bought garlic, holy water, a crossbow, but I'm very scared. People have turned up missing. Does anybody know any vampire fighting techniques or anything for protection against this monster?

Invite him over to dinner, then immediately start taking off your clothes. Vampires cannot stand the sight of male genitalia. If that does not work then you are screwed and he will probably suck out all your blood. As a backup plan I would suggest you invest in a 12 gauge shotgun to shoot him if he does not die from the site of your genitalia. Finally if neither of these work, then you should run as fast as you can and do not look back. I would also suggest you call a professional vampire hunter because if he is an authentic vampire then you have a major problem on your hands and it could be potentially life threatening.
