The Rage SlipCam line of broadheads features a rear blade deployment expandable system which allows for greater penetration and stopping power when compared to other broadheads. Standard mechanical expandable broadheads have a tendency to lose power upon impact but the rear deployment system on the Rage series eliminates this by reducing deflection and increasing speed.
Unlike other expandable broadheads that require rubber bands to secure the blades during flight the Rage don't because they have the ShockLock system to secure the blades during flight. Rage broadheads work great on all types of animals like deer, elk, moose, and buffalo because they don't loss kinetic energy during flight. Kinetic energy is conserved on the Rage broadheads because the blades aren't fully deployed until impact.
