Step by step guide to meditation
The following step by step guide for performing meditation looks to serve a range of people and practitioners of the art. These are generic steps and are meant just for reference.
- Sit comfortable and don’t slouch. Keep your spine straight; it is very important.
- You do not need to tightly shut your eyes. Let your eyelids drop to the level where you feel comfortable.
- Do not try to focus on anything initially. Just let your eyes gaze in a downward direction and let them rest.
- Keep gazing; remember that the gazing is your primary focus and not the area or object that you are gazing at. Your breathing will slowly become more rhythmic.
- Now let go. Don’t force your body to do anything. If your eyes droop, let them close. If your attention drifts, it is not a big problem. It’s only if you feel you have come out of the relaxed place should you bring your attention back to your relaxed downward gaze.
Benefits of meditation
Meditation has the following benefits. This is by no means a comprehensive list and just mentions meditation in reference to relaxation.

- Can be used for an effective 2 minute relax & recharge break
- Increased alertness

Step by step guide From dvd to harddrive to ipod using vista?
Can someone tell me how to burn my copyrighted dvds to hard drive then transferring them to ipod. Free programs if it is possible easy step by step guide.Idiot guide if possible. Thank you for your reply
First, Quicktime 7 has a feature to convert and export to Ipod once you have the video ripped from the disk, so I will focus on other stuff
You will need two or three tools, all free, called DVDdecrypter, AutoGK, and VirtualDub. Virtual dub is actually part of AutoGK, and I will post download links below.
With DVDdecrypter, you will have to export the files from your copyrighted DVD to your harddrive. This will mean you need the necessary space for all this. It is a simple process really, Decrypter has a green arrow pointing from a DVD icon to your computer icon.
Now with AutoGK you will see two similar windows, When you look at the files of your DVD, There will be about 4 or 5 with vob bup and ifo extensions, click on ifo and in the other window it will say the length of your movie. If it did not say 90min or whatever, you did not choose the right ifo, assuming there was more than one.
Then you can compress this to an avi file of any size, but it will be avi. See options lower left side of agk.
To get mp4 or h264 which I believe is what you need you will have to compress it again with Virtual Dub. You will need the K Lite codec pack to do this unless you use Itunes7.
P.S. Ripping a DVD generally takes about 3 hours. Also, there are many good online tutorials for agk and vdub, but you should not have a problem
