Bear Lights Out Bow Problem?

I got my bow yesterday and I love it. It worked fine yesterday, but today started acting weird. There is a little string suppressor that is supposed to catch the string when you shoot. Today, the string has been missing the suppressor entirely. The only way I can get the string to hit it now is if I (Im right handed) I pull the string to my left in to my face and torque the bow to the left, which is uncomfortable and makes the string whip my arm. Any ideas on what is happening and why and how to fix it? Its not a huge deal that the string is missing the suppressor, but if it is supposed to then I think it should.
I never dry fire my bows... ever. It does get a little better when I crank the poundage down, but I can't shoot 50lbs when I normally shoot 65.

There is a serious problem in the system. Take it to a archery shop and have them look at it.Don't shoot it until the problem gets corrected.
