Are these ghost stories real?

I live in Utah, and I heard about this ghost place in Ogden. If you go to youtube, and type in Flo the ghost, there are three parts to this video and it seems so real but i'm not sure. I just want to know if its real. It says that if you go to the ogden cemetery in which she was buried, and you flash your car lights three times, she'll appear. I do believe in ghosts. Spirits trapped in Purgatory(the place between heaven and hell where you go to wait your judgment when you die in the catholic bible) and the purgatory just so happens to be earth, but as an entity. there are a lot of ghost stories jsut made up to shit in ur pants. ii didnt look at the vid but it cudd be possible. there are a lot of ghost stories that I dont think are made up.
