Today is Feb 2 2010 .WMR SAYS DELAYED IN PROCESSING MY ACCT SINCE JAN 27TH?

Anyway after tallking to 2 IRS Reps finally an advocate today told me why its delayed
Its because I owed taxes from 07.Normally they would take it out and issuse me my refund on time
But..I used my husband's ss# first instead of mine because I had no income and he did.The thing is the debt was showing under my ss# so there computer system had to go thru xtra steps.This is code 1201.She also says WMR Status will not change I need to call Monday because all Irs updates r on Mondays.She did tell me release date of refund 2/13 but its a holiday Monday So probley call the 16th.The advocates were alot nicer.I kept getting a runaround from thr IRS agent
Take what i owe and dd the rest its simple.....................

Well I suppose to had rec. my refund on the 29th...for a couple of weeks the WMR kept stating no info until today...I should rec. my refund by the 16th of Feb...Thank God!!! Need the money to pay bills...But, I did my BF return on the same day and he is getting his a week before me...He's so lucky...But they sent me and him some crazy letter about an delay and we dont owe no one...So good luck to you.
